In short it is a fault. I see the theme has a premium edition. Even if your using the free you should take up some of the authors time as they are earning from WordPress. You also want the fix to be in their version for when you receive updates to the theme. You don’t want to be fixing the same bug each time you update the theme if somehow the author hasn’t caught onto the fault themselves.
The themes own support service right here.
Hi zambago,
thanks for using MH Magazine lite.
The theme has been downloaded over 100,000 times and will work fine out of the box. There are no other users with this issue, so it is very unlikely that it is a theme issue.
In case you have deleted any code or have modified code, please restore the original theme files. You also might want to check if you are using the latest version of WordPress, maybe you are on a outdated version?!
Hello,
I need your help with this problem.
I am operating a membership site and I am having problems with editing subscription levels. I thought that “Restrict Access Pro” was preventing me from editing it.
The message I got said “Forbidden – You don’t have permission to access this level.”
So I deactivated and deleted the “Restrict Access Pro” plugin with the hope that I could isolate the problem.
Then I found out that I cannot log back into the dashboard/site.
Also, “how can I prevent other users from accessing my dashboard?”
My site is http://www.hifyve.net/blog
I need your help to fix this problem
Thanks Errol
