Cant Login using Ultimate Member

Hi,
Lately I just had a problem when logging in and registering a user. After entering the information the page recharges without any error message is nothing happening. And it’s the same with the registration form.
I tested on the version of wordpress 4.7 and it is the same thing.
I did the test of conflict, I disable all the plugins and I change the theme but nothing works.
Plz help.
