Can’t make image optimization work

    Dear Staff,

    I was using Shortpixel for image optimization, deleted all its data and wanted try out Litespeed’s image optimization. I tried for several days to make it work but couldn’t do it.

    Yesterday, I sent optimization request just 1 image was waiting to be pulled, but I couldn’t pull it no matter what. I thought it will automatically optimize all my library. After 24 hours, it was still waiting first image to be pulled even though I’ve enabled “auto cron job”.

    I deleted that stuck image permanently, cleaned up unfinished data, cleared all optimized images and soft reset the index, sent new request. Still couldn’t make it work.

    However, I found that img optimization request from yesterday stays active even tough i sent new request.

    you can get it in toolbox -> report -> click “send to LiteSpeed”

    By the way, there is popup as “LiteSpeed Cache: QUIC.cloud service nodes cannot reach your WP REST endpoints. Please check your WordPress or firewall setup. Check your QUIC.cloud dashboard for more details.” in litespeed panel. Might be related.

    In Quic.cloud dashboard, I can see an image optimized but I can’t pull it no matter what.

    Followed this guide here https://docs.quic.cloud/troubleshooting/restapi/ and output was:

    okay , please try this

    go to toolbox -> debug setting -> debug log to ON , debug level to advance

    debug include URI add notify_img

    then go to image optm -> clean up unfinished data , and send request again

    wait for 10 minutes

    go to toolbox -> log view -> copy paste and share the log it generates

    I did as you said, waited longer than 10 mins and pressed pull images. Couldn’t pull it again.
    Since its very long log, i will paste only start and end of it.

    please make sure you have set the debug include URI , as well as you have cleaned up existing log before proceeding
