Can't open Design Tab

    Hello,
    I’ve a problem: I’m using WP 4.5.2 with WP Maintenance Mode 2.0.3, but in my Maint. Mode settings I can’t get to open the tab design or modules.

    I tried with Chrome and Firefox. I have only this plugin workin and still the default theme.

    Is it a bug? Or do you know what could be the issue?
