I put [my home folder] in there to swap out my real folder name. I am using X-Theme. Can you help?

Make sure and post the info from the help page, I think it may be a theme issue.

Try another theme and see if it works for you.

Are you a new DAS user or have you been using it for a while and are now getting that error?

New user. Not much web experience.I want to go to the pro version and get the private login add-on, I just want to be sure it works with this theme.

I did try and follow the instructions and copy the file into every different folder I thought was the “theme” folder, I just couldn’t get rid of that error??

Cool cool! Yeah that option for copying the file into the template is actually not valid anymore. We just did an update that removed that requirement last week or so.

So we found the problem and will be making an update to the plugin in just a bit here that will fix the issue πŸ™‚

    OK…I’m in.

I already left feedback and now want to order the DAS bundle. It is at 100, so I will pay 80…Correct? How do I get that discount.
    Thanks,
    Mike

Is there any way to get the system to use my admin email address as the β€œFrom” when I create a new DAS Client? I have tried just about everything? The address now is WordPress@[my domain].

When they register via Woocommerce, it shows up correctly.

I don’t fully follow the issue, can you explain in more detail?

    Thread Starter DesignGuy

    (@designguy)

I am signing up test clients. When I sign up a new user via Woocommerce, the admin email I set up in the system (WordPress) is the “From” email address. (showing up as my company sending the email)

But, when I set up a user from the admin area of WordPress as a DAS client, the “From” email, when it arrives in my inbox, is “WordPress@[my domain], not the admin email I set up.

Is that any clearer? Let me know if you can help. Getting ready to install the add-ons.

I just read that and I don’t even understand it…

    1. When I use Woocommerce to enter a new user, the “from” email address is “ColorVibe”, just as it should be.

    2. When I set up a user in WordPress admin, the “from” email is “WordPress@[email protected]” It seems that WordPress is creating this “Fake” email.

How do I get it to be as it should be (#1)??

That email your talking about I think is coming from the general settings page. Go there and enter the proper email. Woocommerce has it’s own place I know but so does wordpress.
