Customer said: I am attempting to ship out anniversary boxes for this month and am getting the below error message, let me know what I need to do to get it fixed!

Trying to order something in Woocommerce they are getting this error. I am deactivating ClearTalk, Please let me know how to troubleshoot.

Are you sure that this issue occurred on the site https://www.bloomingear.com/? Because I don’t see any requests from this site.

Could you send us the CleanTalk ID of the user request? You can find it here: Your Anti-Spam Log [ https://cleantalk.org/my/show_requests ] → Find user request → click “Details” in the record → copy the CleanTalk ID.
