Can`t Pay…

Hi!

I`m testing this plugin on my pagE. Everything works fine, but i can’t pay.

When i hit “Pay Now” i get this message:
<div id=”error”><p class=”wpdberror”><strong>WordPress database error:</strong> []<br /><code>SHOW FULL COLUMNS FROM nnb_ahm_orders</p></div><div class=’alert alert-info’>Database error detected. Please try deactivate and then reactivating plugin.</div>

Also, when i ad a picture to the product it shows 2 times.

I have tested on multiple devices and browsers and deactivated all Cache..

Hope you can help me with this. Wil rate the plugin when im done testing 🙂

Please try deactivating and then reactivating the wpdm premium packages plugin, if that doesn’t resolve your issue, please post here https://www.wpdownloadmanager.com/support/forum/download-manager-free/ to check the issue in details.

I just tried, it worked and redirected to PayPal properly for me.

I have “deactivating and then reactivating the wpdm premium packages plugin” manny times before i contacted you. But still dont work here.

To be sure i tried it on:
My Compute: Chrome & Edge
Ipad: Safari & Chrome
And my phone….

Strange that it worked for you.... (Paypal works fine in my Woocomerce)

Today i did some more tests. Now it works fine on the Computer bote Chrome and Edge.

But i still can’t pay on phone and Ipad.

Yes, and No… Tryde bote not working

I had a friend test on his computer at another location. He get the same problem, error message when trying to pay.

I give up this Plugin…
