    Hi guys!

    Hope you are well

    We try setup your plugin WP Gift Voucher on our site https://elfzhou.divertdigital.com/gift-voucher/
    We had an error at the last step of the payment (we use stripe) 500 Internal Server Error wp-admin/admin-ajax.php

    We tried to use both real and test stripe keys, but this does not solve the problem.?
    This problem may be due to the fact that we are using the free version of the plugin, although you did not say this anywhere in the description and the payment should work?

    This is our old project, so we have the following versions:
    WooCommerce Version: 2.6.2
    WordPress Version: 4.5.3
    WooCommerce Stripe Gateway: 3.0.2
    PHP Version on Server: 5.6.30

    We can see from your description that your plugin supports these versions, as it is important for us to stay at these points. Otherwise, we will have more problems with other plugins when updating.

    If to solve this issue, be sure to buy the pro, let us know and we will buy – it is not the problem for us.

    We will be grateful for a quick response since we need to have time to launch this plugin before the holidays so that our client can use it

    Hi dmitriynz,

    Um, you’re using a different plugin. That plugin is a free plugin whose author basically copied our overall design and checkout experience a couple of years ago, hence your confusion I suspect. We complained to him, but what can you do 🤷‍♂️

    If you want to use a really great gift card platform, with a rock solid payments system that works really well with WooCommerce, give us a go. But if you want to battle php errors, probably best to reach out to the developer of the plugin you have installed 🙂

    Yes, I’m really a little confused, and pardon.

    Yes, your suggestion can probably help us, as direct support is not responding.

    It is very important for us to keep the previous version of the WP and WC. Could you tell us will your plugin work in our conditions if we buy your plugin?
