    Hi,

You can make the firewall learn that these requests are safe by going to the Firewall page on the Wordfence menu, and switching to “Learning Mode,” then completing what you were trying to do. After that, you can change the firewall back to “Enabled and Protecting” and the same requests generally should not be blocked anymore. More details on Learning Mode are available here:
    https://docs.wordfence.com/en/Web_Application_Firewall_-_How_to_use_Learning_Mode

If this corrects the issue, can you also send me a screenshot of the “Whitelisted URLs” table at the bottom of the Wordfence firewall page? This will help determine if we need to add these requests to the built-in whitelist or add any special parameters.

We do have some whitelist changes coming for widgets, so this may already be in progress.

    Hi hpek,

How did you manage to solve the issue?

I am still not able to display the ads even after having Wordfence in Learning Mode for the past 10 days.

@wfmattr can you please help me out with this?

    Here’s a screenshot of my whitelist: http://prnt.sc/dseddv

I am using the Newspaper theme from CodeCanyon.

    Hi @shashankshirke285,

Sorry for the slow reply. Issues like this should normally be solved by using Learning Mode, but if it’s not possible, there might be a different cause. If entering the ad code is the problem, you can try disabling Wordfence for a few minutes, updating the code, then enabling it again. (This could help in cases where your host doesn’t provide enough memory for all the plugin and theme code running on your site, or other issues.)

If the ad code can be entered but just can’t be displayed, check the Live Traffic page on the Wordfence menu. If the firewall is blocking visits there, you should see them there whenever one is blocked. If there is nothing related to the ads there, you can check the error logs of the site, to see if there is anything being logged by PHP itself.
