Hi,
Thanks for using our plugin and reaching out to us.
Can you try doing the following:
- Lower the default batch size from 750 to 250 products per batch? This is how you can do so: https://adtribes.io/batch-size-configuration-product-feed/
- And enable this general plugin setting: https://www.dropbox.com/scl/fi/05uhc90bv735fy7sx66yi/Screenshot-2023-12-21-at-16.43.33.png?rlkey=hsz4l73n4ed5h41a0aqtc61ry&dl=0
Hope this helps?

Hello I tried that, but still cant activate a feed thats been disabled.
Also when I press refresh it does not update with fields added might be something with the field “shipping” but when its added it wont process, and starts blinking again
Hi,
Are you sure you are on the latest version of the plugin? Version 13.2.4? If not, can you update it to the latest version and clear all caching? You should than really be able to enable de-activated feeds again.
When this still doesn’t work you can go to the manage feeds page and add &force-active=true to the URL and press enter. So the URL will look something like this: ../wp-admin/admin.php?page=woosea_manage_feed&force-active=true
That will forcefully re-enable all of your feeds.
Hope this helps?

Hello, it worked using that. Still have the problem not generating new file
Hi,
Can you share the content of yesterdays WooCommerce fatal error log with us so we can tell if there are errors in there that could explain why your feed is not updating? This is where you can find the WooCommerce fatal error logs: https://woo.com/document/finding-php-error-logs/

This is the only thing we get:
thrown in /home/user_11993/app_11993/wp-content/plugins/woo-product-feed-pro/pages/admin/woosea-generate-feed-step-7.php on line 33
Thanks, can you share the entire log? Now it doesn’t show what the exact error is.

Thanks for taking the time to answer, but nothing works so we had to switch feed plugin. I mark this as done
