    -Can’t pull up feed
    -per support docs, we did deactivate/activate, then delete/reinstall
    -feeds were gone contrary to support file

    Need help please.

    Thanks for using our plugin and reaching out to us. Sorry to hear you are experiencing issues with it.

    First of all: feeds are not removed when you deactivate the plugin. However, when you decide to completely delete the plugin than we DO remove the feeds, jobs and configurations. This is only logical because when someone decides to remove our plugin we do not want to keep traces of it on their system. It is just good housekeeping 🙂

    Now back to the issue at hand: In order to understand how you configured your product feed I need your help. Could you go to the “Manage feeds” page and add this to your URL &debug=true

    Your URL should look something like this now:
    ….wp-admin/admin.php?page=woosea_manage_feed&debug=true

    On the screen you should now see a box with a red line on the left side. Could you copy / past the content of that box and e-mail it to me at [email protected]

    It will help me to understand how exactly you have configured your product feed.
