Cant Re-Install Updraft

    Hi
    Suddenly my Updraft plugin disappeard.
    I can’t re-install the plugin. It says “install failed. Folder already exists”
    The installed version was 1.16.16

    Has anybody else faced this problem?
    What can I do? I think deleting the folder isn’t the best idea 🙂

    Hi Patrick,

    Modern versions of WordPress offer to replace the existing folder if you try to install a plugin that is already present – perhaps it would help to upgrade WordPress?

    If the plugin is not active according to the list in your ‘Plugins’ page, then deleting the folder is the right, and harmless, thing to do.
