    The button to register/checkout doesn’t appear on any of the event pages. All events are set in the future, shows up as upcoming in WP Admin. All events have a ticket with a price assigned. They are all digital events with custom URL.

    I saw a similar support post but they were having conflicts with caching. I have caching disabled for those pages and I also cleared the cache and it’s still not working. I don’t think it’s a caching issue.

    The dev console shows an error: Uncaught SyntaxError: invalid assignment left-hand side
    etn-module-purchase.min.js:261:15302

    The inspector only has this:

    <div class=”etn-single-event-ticket-wrap”>

    <div class=”etn-purchase-ticket-root” data-post_id=”5088″ data-style=””></div>

    </div>

    the button doesn’t appear.

    The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hi @ericknwwd,

    Sorry to hear you’re facing this issue. Based on the details you shared, it may be caused by a conflict with another plugin or with your active theme.

    To help narrow this down, could you please try temporarily deactivating all plugins except Eventin and then check the event page again? If the button appears, you can then reactivate the other plugins one by one to identify the source of the conflict.

    If the issue still persists after that, please reach out to us again by following the pinned post. We’re always here and will help you as quickly as possible.

    Also, if you’re using LiteSpeed Cache, please follow this guide as well, as it often helps resolve similar issues:

    I switched to the WP default theme and the button now appears. So why did it stop working with my theme? It was working fine for the last couple of years until recently. My theme is Bridge by Qode Interactive version 30.8.8.5
    Is there any fix for this?
    I’m using Eventin Version 4.0.51

    Hi @ericknwwd,

    Since the button appears with a default WordPress theme, the issue is coming from the Bridge theme. We do not have access to that theme, so we are unable to test or debug it from our end.

    Please check our pinned post or the Eventin landing page, and reach out more, so we can look deeper into your site and assist you properly.

    Best regards,
    M Mahbub
