I modified the hero slider in pro version but can’t remove the white background image. There are no background images that I can find in slide, content, row, column, etc. but this big white stripe will not go away. Very, very frustrating! I’ve read all the instructions and watched the tutorials.

In any case, if you meant the white “wavy” shape, that’s not a background, but a Shape divider, located at Slider settings > Animation tab: https://youtu.be/UnzS6qF1VmU?t=194
