Hello, I have the same issue on my YopPoll. I have a paid version of the plugin.
YopPoll- v5.8.3
Wordpress- v4.9.6
Can you please help me. This version works on my website (hosted online) but not on my intranet website.

So I have switched to version on my intranet website. Same versions that I mentioned earlier. Now can you help?
We are running version 6.0.0 with WordPress 4.9.6
Up till the update to version 6.0.0 everything worked fine.

I am having this issue as well. My website will be going live soon and I need to reset the votes on my polls. I do not see an option to do so.

@cabebii, assuming you are running version 6.0.1
Go to All Polls and select the poll you want to reset votes.
Then from Bulk Actions choose “Reset Votes” and confirm.

I was testing the poll and voted. Then I reset the poll. After reset, when I reload the page, I see the results (0/0 for a yes/no vote). I don’t see the poll with the vote button. It appears my vote was cached, although all the votes are cleared from the log. Is there a way to fully reset the poll so it appears new and doesn’t just display the results page?
