Can't reset ww.wp.xz.cn password

I’ve been trying to reset my other account’s password; I get the reset email, click the link and was getting sent two new passwords, neither of which work .. I’m trying to shift a plugin from this account (sp4cecat), to an profile belonging to a company I built it for.

The account I’m having trouble accessing is GoSmartSend – set it up a few weeks back and had no trouble accessing it.
