    Hi!
I followed the installation procedure closely, and it seems everything is fine.
If I go to the /wordpress/plugin/verify/code/test path I see {“code”:”test”}.
When I try to retrieve the shops though, I keep getting the same error:

Unable to verify the Magento module installation. Make sure to Flush Magento Cache!
Needless to say that the Mag extension is installed and I flushed the cache many times already…

    What am I missing? Thanks!

    Hi D3viliz3d,

Can you please send me your website URL (Magento store) by email [email protected] so I can debug on my side if the problem comes from the plugin itself?

    Thanks,
    santerref.

    Hi d3viliz3d,

I have tested the plugin with your store URL and everything is working fine!

Make sure to have the trailing slash at the end of the URL and the /api/rest/.

Since on a fresh WP install everything works, I will set the status of the topic to resolved.

Feel free to contact me by email if it is still not working.

If anyone comes across the same issue, sometimes the plugin can’t see the Magento shop if you just put http://domain.com in the API url, try with http://www.domain.com.

    Thanks Francis!

I can confirm that requesting a store by leaving www out of the domain will result in the “unable to verify” notice.

This problem is and is not a problem.

If your store is configured to use www, you should use it in the REST API URL.

However, I will add a fallback that will set automatically the good URL (with or without www).
