Hi @amberlynn,
Sorry for the inconvenience caused to you.
I am not able to replicate the issue on my installation. I request you open a support ticket from here:https://wpspectra.com/support/ so that our support dev can help better.
Looking forward to hearing from you.
Have a nice day!
I’ve reviewed hundreds of posts related to this issue. Mine is one where I would need some code to apply to my wp-config.php file (or whereever) to allow me to bypass the error AND keep the pluggin active so I can do the rollback. I’ve tried: if ( ! defined( ‘FS_METHOD’ ) ) define( ‘FS_METHOD’, ‘direct’ ); but it didn’t work. Can someone just give me something to try rather than these canned “Sorry for the inconvenience caused to you. I am not able to replicate…” answers?
Hi @amberlynn,
I apologize for any inconvenience caused.
We have resolved a critical error bug in our recent release (two days ago). Kindly delete the current Spectra copy and install the latest version. If you encounter difficulties accessing wp-admin, you can delete and upload it using cPanel or FTP. As a precautionary measure, it is recommended to take a backup of your site before proceeding with these steps. This process will not affect your layouts.
Please give it a try and inform me of the results.
Have a nice day!
Hi @amberlynn,
It’s been long since we heard from you. I am going ahead to mark this as resolved.
Please feel free to open a new thread in case of any other queries.
Have a nice day!
I have a custom wp theme and the new update broke my site and now I’m unable to access the site. How can I roll back to the previous wp version?
Hi @wbcilearn,
Would you please start your own thread?
