I am getting this when I try to run a test

The site in hosted via GoDaddy WordPress Managed service…not sure if that matters…but I don’t even know where to start troubleshooting.

The report is on our servers. You can just run another scan to fetch it again. If it doesn’t work, make sure that it’s not cached on your server.
