Hi,
Something is stopping me saving changes to my site. My host’s Support says it could be the firewall, i.e. Shield. Are you aware of any such issues and if so, how can it be fixed, please?

Hi Steve,

In this case, best is to check your Audit Trail to find what’s triggering the block so you could find the problem cause and resolve it. Please see here how to use Audit Trail:

If the problem is caused by firewall, you can whitelist the parameters:

On the other hand, if you don’t see any block entries in your Audit Trail, than it wasn’t Shield blocking you.
