Can’t save after table modification

    Hello,

    we can’t save a table after modification.
    We press the “SAVE” button but the page does not load and no changes are saved.

    Hi,

    thanks for your question, and sorry for the trouble.

    Are you getting any JavaScript errors in the JS error log console in your browser?
    Does anything happen when you click the “Advanced Editor” or “Insert Image” buttons below the table input fields?

    Hi,

    In effect, Anything happens whe I press any button (“Advanced Editor” or “Insert Image”
    or “Add Link”,….).
    I can’t see the JS error log console on Chrome.

    Hi,

    you can reach the console by pressing “Ctrl+Shift+I” (it’s the “Developer Tools” in the “More Tools” section in the settings).

    Hi,

    thanks for that. It seems that some other plugin or your theme are loading some JavaScript code on the TablePress pages, which they shouldn’t.

    Can you therefore please try again after temporarily deactivating all other plugins and after switching to a WordPress default theme like Twenty Sixteen? That way, we can find what’s causing this.

    Hi Tobias,

    this is the plugin that cause the issue with tablepress: “Page Speed”.
    I have deactivated it now and all works well now.

    I have the sam problem “Save Changes” button don’t react and I can not find theproblem.

    please also check if you have JavaScript errors in the error log console or if another plugin might be interfering.
