Hello… we’ve installed the ARPrice Lite plugin on two different WordPress 4.8.1 sites, and have found that while we can select one of the first four templates and then use your very-well-designed editor to customize them, we’re then prevented from being able to SAVE the created table (with or without renaming it).

Upon clicking Save, the created table immediately reverts back to the original, unedited template, and never appears in the My Pricing Tables area. Although this is a limited version of the Pro plugin, I don’t *think* this is the intended behavior, since the FAQ says we should be able to create up to four tables? Attempted on two different sites, each having different themes and various other plugins.

We’d planned to purchase the Pro version today for a project due later this week, as it seems to have all of the features we want, but are concerned that it won’t be able to save the created tables on our sites either if the Lite version doesn’t. Can you help us figure out what might be the matter?

    Hello,

well, i think it should be issue of javascript/jquery error caused by other plugin or plugin conflict with arprice. first thing you should try is deactivate other suspicious plugin and then try to reach to the plugin which is causing issue.

so, if you could share admin login some how then i can check and assist you.

    Thanks

Right. We’ve long since resolved this issue (sort of) via your official support for the paid version, which had the same issue in our WordPress installs. We tracked down a conflict with another plugin. With the other plugin disabled, we can create and open custom tables, then re-enable the offending plugin, and continue to edit and save changes to the custom tables. It’s a workaround, but it works okay for us. Thanks!
