Hey @olchef – thanks for checking out Give! Sorry to hear you’re having issues with saving your donation form. Typically this happens where there’s a javascript error on the page or some other plugin conflict preventing saving the form. Have you tried to deactivate any plugins that may be conflicting? As well, are you seeing an other issues outside of the plugin? I’m assuming you can save your pages and posts normally.

I haven’t tried to deactivate any plugin, do you know about specific plugins that might cause a problem?
Everything works fine except the Give plugin, I can’t even see my changes at preview.
The plugin looks very good I would really like to use it… 🙂
Hey @olchef – If you can provide a list of plugins you’re using that would be helpful. We’ve built Give to play nicely with nearly all the plugins out there but there could be a conflict that we’re unaware of going on.

Looks pretty standard to me… If I had to guess it would probably be “HTML Post Editor”. Perhaps you can test out deactivating a few and seeing if that resolves the issue.

@dlocc I tried to deactivate some…it doesn’t work, I don’t think that it is the problem 🙁

@dlocc – in case this information will be helpful – I found that your plugin conflicts with “Easy Custom Auto Excerpt”.
@olchef – is that what was causing the issue?

@dlocc – Yes. when I deactivating this plugin all the setting suddenly appear. when I activating it, they all go back to default.
