Hello,
Thanks for reaching out to us. Unfortunately, there is no option to remove the on-site payment method in Amelia. It is mandatory by default and cannot be removed. You can only disable it if you have another payment method enabled (such as Stripe, WooCommerce, etc.). Amelia requires at least one payment method, and the on-site payment method is enabled by default.
Regards,
Stefan
Hi Sefan,
Thanks for your answer. We already have other payment option (Stripe). But as I said, we can’t save the changes after turning off the on-site option. The error above mentioned appears, and I have no clue why. PHP version is up to date, all plugins updated (and tried to disable them in case there’s any incompatibility…).
Thanks again,
Enric
Hi again,
I finally found the solution for this especific problem. In general settings (Amelia), removing the current upload attachment path (leaving it void, so it will use the default WP path).
So now I can change and save payment settings, but a new problem have arisen. If I choose Woocommerce payment method for Amelia, it works fine for bookings, but then, the woocommerce shop crashes when adding products to the basket.
Any idea how can I fix this?
Thank you.
Enric
