Cant save Query changes on Layout

    Using WP 6.9 and Custom Layouts 1.5 I can’t save query setting changes in a layout. Eg setting posts per page from 6 to 4 then updating – the reload reverts back to 6. The same happens with the post types.
    I rolled back to 1.4.12 and I can save the layout query changes.
