Hi @emgraphics,
That’s weird behavior you described. Could you submit a request to our support team referring to this post?
Hi,
I am having the same problem
I created the columns, then the events with the time slots.
I press publish but the times never get saved and the events don’t appear in the calendar.
how did you solve this?
Hi @sarasoares1,
Is you site a part of WordPress multi site network or is a one site installation?
I have the same problem.
The category and the tag saves, but the start & end time, description and excerpt does not.
I’m using the latest version of the plugin as of the 9th of August 2019.
I created all the events, I use the shortcode
[mp-timetable col=’492,493,494,495,496′ increment=’0.25′ responsive=’1′ title=’1′ time=’1′ disable_event_url=’1′ hide_empty_rows=’1′ event_categ=’3,4,5,6′]
col IDs are the days of the week Monday to Friday, the event categories are all the categories I have.
I have 14 event set up, none of them show.
The start & end times don’t save for any of them.
The issue leaves the plugin pretty much pointless 🙁
Hi @sarasoares1,
Could you try disabling third party plugins installed at your WordPress one by one and try to add timeslots for the events to see if there is a plugin that causes an issue?
I am also having this issue. The event will save, but the Start Time, End Time, Description, and Event Head all get cleared (and do not show up in the columns).
I have disabled all other plugins.
I am on WP multisite — could this be the issue?
Cheers!
Hi @jimfitzsimons,
Yes, sometimes this issue happens if the plugin is activated for the network. Could you try to disable it from the network and enable on certain sub-sites only?
im having the same issue, the times do not save.
Hi @yorgokastri,
Make sure you click Add TimeSlot after you indicated time, etc. and then click Update event to save changes
