Can’t scroll after implementing video background

Hi there,

Brand new to wordpress and I am definitely not a web designer… although I am loving wordpress!

I have tried to implement a simple video background with a row below it… however I can’t scroll down for some reason to reveal the row below. I’m sure this is something super straight forward but just can’t figure it out. Any help would be greatly appreciated:
