you can allow admin to access the timesheet by using manage client option.
its bit hard to configure whats going on, i am still juggling around.
Documentation is going to be my big push over the next couple of weeks so that what needs to be done is easier to setup. If you’ve been listed in the “Manage Client Managers” list then that is how the Manage Clients menu appears. You only need the “Read” wordpress permission in WordPress to use that menu option, so unless you’ve done something odd with the actual WordPress permissions you should be able to see that page. What role are you are member of when you get the error?
my role is administrator.
if I in the manage client manager flip the permission to OFF end back to ON, the manager client menu item appears in the Time Sheets sub menu.
when I click on the manage client I get the mentioned error..
and the manager client menu disappears.

Hi finally I figured it out… it was a misunderstand from my part..
User Username Grant Access Remove Access
admin admin O
2admin 2admin x
my suggestion
User Username NO Access Access
admin admin O
2admin 2admin O
because of the symbol (icons) you use, it look like you have no access (the red cross), but actually that is when you have access.. confusing text and symbols..
best regards

Ah, ha. That’ll do it.
I’ll put in a tool tip to make more clear what the graphics mean, and maybe some text or something as well so it’s more clear.
I’ve just pushed up a new version which will make it more clear what state the user is currently in on all those management screens. I’ve also made them more consistent instead of some having the icons on the left, and some on the right.
