I have gone to setting > discussion > Enable everyone being able to comment. No Use.
I have checked individual posts and have not disabled comments.
This is my site http://epilens.com/2015/12/test-post/ using MesoColumn theme. There is NO WAY to comment from the front end, I can however comment from the back end (dashboard > comments).

How do I enable comments for pages and posts?
