Hello,
It sounds like you’re working with a theme and/or plugin conflict. Check our Testing for conflicts guide to narrow down the source of conflict. Best of luck and enjoy your weekend!
I found out that when i switch back to the standard theme that the google maps is working. So it’s my theme that is being an ass.
And then by following the steps and opening the javascript thing it shows this:
Google Maps API warning: NoApiKeys https://developers.google.com/maps/documentation/javascript/error-messages#no-api-keys
util.js:220 Google Maps API warning: SensorNotRequired https://developers.google.com/maps/documentation/javascript/error-messages#sensor-not-required
So, … Any ideas? I’m not good at javascript (like say, 1% of knowledge.. ) so yeah.
Hey veraapoes,
Thanks for following up! In this cases of a theme conflict we recommend reaching out to the theme author on it. This might be caused by a double inclusion of the Maps API.
Regarding the messages in the console, they are warnings and they should be limiting the display of the map.
Hope the theme author can help you to solve this!
Best,
Nico
