Hello – I just started a blog and am new and need some assistance.

I used to be able to see the list of my subscribers emails when I clicked on “Subscribers” – now it says: No Subscribers to Be Listed. At the bottom, it says 11 items. When I click to import to .csv, it loads all 11 subscribers to an Excel grid. But I still can’t seem them in the list. When I publish a post, none of the subscribers receive my email of the new post. (I subscribed and my husband did, and both he and I confirmed we no longer received the email.)

I don’t know what I did to change it – all of my subscribers used to receive my emails… the email addresses are there somewhere, but I can’t figure out what I changed and how to fix this!

    Thanks for your help!

Yes, this same thing is happening to me! (www.seacreaturefacts.com) I used to be able to see all of my 101 subscribers, and now when I click subscribers I just see “no subscribers to be listed.” It still says I have 101 items- and actually to test it, I had a friend sign up and the number increased to 102 items and when I exported the list his email was there in the Excel spreadsheet along with everyone else’s. The same thing happens with my “log,” which says I have 59 items but when I go to look at the list it just says “No log messages.”

    What is going on???

Hi, I upgraded to WordPress 4.2.2 and now I cannot see my subscribers either but when I do an export they are all there. Would like to have a resolution soon. Thanks.

How can I fix it so I can see my subscribers. They are there as I said I can export them but I cannot see them. There must be a simple reason for this and a simple solution. Is it a Ready Graph incompatible situation? Do I need to uninstall Simple Subscribe and then reinstall it and add my subscribers back in? I would appreciate an answer. Thanks.

Yes, I have the exact same problem… Is there a fix on the way?

Im having the same issue. I can’t see my subscribers when I am on my wordpress site but when I export I can see all 114. However, when people are signing up it looks like they are listed as inactive and people have asked that I activate them but I can’t since I can only view them in the csv file and not on the actual site.

I also can see the whole list when i log into ready graph but I can’t make any edits there either. It is really frustrating and has been going on ever since I downloaded the latest version.

Please help!!!!! My wordpress site is: chrissyfields.com
