Have you clicked on the TinyMCE toggle button to make the other rows visible? File Away’s button defaults to the second row of the toolbar, but you can change its row position in the File Away settings page, under the options tab.

Have you checked your console for javascript errors generated by other plugins that may be causing my TinyMCE button not to show up?

Do you have any plugins installed that change the default WordPress page editing system?

Have you tried disabling your other plugins to see if it shows up, then reenabling them one by one until you find the culprit?

The File Away TinyMCE button is in perfect working condition, unless something else on your particular site is not playing nice.
