Can't seem to enable plugin.

Hey guys I’ve been using this plugin for a while but recently I had to rename plugins folder on my ftp to pluginsX to get rid of a nasty security plugin that was logging me out of my site.

Since then I can’t seem to enable the plugin, any time I try the wp-admin times out and i get an internal sever error.

All the other plugins i use turn on fine, and if i disable all of them and try to enable just the olimeter by itself it still gives an internal server error.

If I check apache2 log i see this:
