Can’t select columns for Google Sheets, forever loading

Chart Builder version – 20.1.0
WordPress version – 6.8.1
PHP version – 8.2.27
Chart Source – Google Sheets (connected via Intergration page)

I select the sheet I want to use and click on columns and it is forever loading. I checked the console and this error message was there:

Thanks for the topic.

I want to mention that the reason for the problem you are currently facing might be connected to the cache generated on your website. If your site is being cached, please try clearing the cache and rechecking the issue.

You can also test by creating a new chart without connecting it to Google Sheets and see if the issue persists.

Additionally, as you are using the Pro version of the plugin, please contact us via this form for premium support. Our customer care specialists will check your case and will help you to fix the issue as soon as possible.

Commercial products are not supported in these forums.
