could you check and see if this issue also happens when you select the ‘standard WordPress view, instead of Shelf Planner full screen?
You can change these settings in ‘Settings / Forecast Settings and untick the box for fullscreen:
This happens in this part which is not full-screen and in this part which is full screen. I could not find the settings you mentioned.

We are no longer supporting / developing the original ‘Cost of Goods’ plugin, instead we will continue with the Shelf Planner plugin.
we have connected the 2 plugins to make sure all history is contained also in the new plugin.
If you disable the Cost of Goods plugin, this issue should not happen again in the shelf planner plugin.
Let us know if this doesn’t fix the issue?
I had two cost of goods plugin, I deactivated two of them

But the error in shelf planner wizard still persists.

we have not been able to replicate this issue unfortunately. On multiple sites the filter works as it should.
Just to confirm – are you using the latest version of our plugin and the latest version of WooCommerce?
