Can’t select shortcode from the editor

I just updated W3 Total Cache to the latest version (I’m not sure if this app caused the issue though) and I’ve noticed that I can no longer pick a shortcode to go into my blog post from the editor anymore.

I tap the button from the editor and I see the options popup in the box like before, but when I tap on a shortcode I have setup, the menu doesn’t ‘drop down’ to reveal the select button like it did before. The only recent changes I’ve made, as mentioned, was the update to W3 Total Cache, but I’m not 100% certain if that is what is causing it. Since I’m not sure why it would be caching the wp-admin backend
