Can't Select Watermark Image

Exactly as you described – go to plugin settings, click select, select an image from the media library, click add watermark and wait until the image preview loads. Then save plugin settings (but remember to set all other options as well).

Now images upload in your posts or media library will be watermarked according to the plugin settings of your choice.
