Can't send message

    At first, many thanks for the great plug-in!

    I’ve been using Jazzy Forms for a year.
    The form did work well but one day (maybe 4-5 months after), some ppl could not send message suddenly while I could send a message. All of them were ppl lived out side of Japan. At that time I used ver 3.6

    Several days ago my word-press was updated to Ver 4.0
    Right after it, the form worked by me. I do not know if other ppl (outside Japan) could.
    But again one day, suddenly, it did not work from me. I cannot send a message.
    The error just says ‘Cannot send’ (I edited the error message)

    I am not a programmer but a friend of mine is a programmer.
    So could you advice me what I must check for checking the trouble, e.g.
    version, language,etc and if I need to edit some parts of the program..etc
    Then I will tell the friend and he’ll be able to fix it.

    I am sorry if I did not tell any information that I must to tell for asking you.
    In this case, please let me know it.

    KaoruY,

    I am a new user of Jazzy Forms and have some experience with programming myself. I am also on WP 4.0 and receiving the same error. My server is not blocking e-mail because, I have a “mailto:” icon linked at the top of my page that works.
