Can’t set Header or Background Image

    I’ve set up images for the Header AND the Background, and I’ve clicked on Publish, but I see nothing on the site.
    I think I’m missing something obvious, but it doesn’t seem very obvious at the moment.
    Very frustrating, as I’m a programmer and am used to finding errors.
    Please help!
