Can’t set the API key in setting

Hi,

I have succes to install the plugin and get my API Key but i can’t put it in the option of the pluggin, i have follow the instruction but i don’t find where i am suppose to put the key (i think i’ts an error ?)

Hi there,

I don’t believe those are our settings actually. You’ll find all the settings for Maps Builder in “Google Maps > Settings”.

Also, make sure your API key has BOTH the Maps JS API and the Places API as well, per our documentation:

Could it be possible i don’t have the “good” pluggin ?

Hmmm… possibly that’s a conflict with another plugin. Please deactivate all plugins besides Maps Builder. If it works as expected then re-activate each plugin one at a time until you see the problem again. Then let us know which plugin caused the error and we’ll dig into it.

If after deactivating all other plugins it still does not work correctly, then tell us where we can get a copy of your theme to test.

Hi,

IT WORKS ! So yes this is a plugin when “Everlight Box” is active, i can’t access to the setting of the maps builder plugin. Do you think there is a way to keep “Evelight Box” or not ? (The plugin is not more important than maps builder but if i can have them both…)
