Can’t Stack Codes

I bought LoginPress through AppSumo, using their current special. I followed the instructions to stack the codes for unlimited sites, but my account still shows two 5-site licenses. How Can I rectify this? Short of refunding my purchase and rebuying, and trying redeeming the codes again. (I have a feeling my redirect went to the wrong page).
