The logged in users for this site cannot add a listing via the directory submission form. The message “Sorry! Something Wrong with Your Submission” is returned each time. No other obvious errors are shown.

I have tried removing fields, turning off WordFence, turning off Fastest Cache but it doesn’t help. I also investigated the User Role Editor you recommended on a prior support query here https://ww.wp.xz.cn/support/topic/error-in-adding-listing/ .

You suggest “use the “User Role Editor” plugin to edit permissions”. You said to install the plugin and then on the User Role Editor page, add the “Submit Listing” permission. This does not exist (see screenshot here – https://www.cartertonnz.com/wp-content/uploads/2023/01/directorist-screenshot.jpg)

    Please can you advise?
