After updating the Redux plugin, I can’t toggle and publish design features for my wordpress site. The site is using the eletro theme.
Error code:

After clicking “Appearance” > “Customize”, I get this error:
Fatal error: Cannot declare class Redux_Customizer_Control_Checkbox, because the name is already in use in /home2/hibiscw5/public_html/wp-content/plugins/redux-framework/redux-core/inc/extensions/customizer/inc/class-redux-customizer-fields.php on line 26
I get the same error from clicking “Customize” in the top bar menu that’s visible when previewing my site
What theme are you using? I can’t seem to reproduce. 🙁
Send an email to [email protected] and I’ll do all I can to get this resolved first thing tomorrow. The more details you give me the better. If you’re even willing to give me access I’ll get it resolved quickly. 🙂
In the meantime, please use this video and the wonderful plugin WP Rollback to revert your copy of Redux to 3.6.18. I’ll get this resolved as soon as I can.

This issue has been fully resolved. Please install the newest version of Redux. If you have the newest version and things are still not working, please delete your copy of the plugin and reinstall.
