Can’t translate the plugin

    Hi there,

    I have polylang and age gate installed on my website, but I can’t find the language option (see screnshot: https://ibb.co/P5vncCn). I have only one language field available in the plugin settings.

    Hi @marieeveb,

    Have you set the languages you want to use in Polylang? Age Gate should pick up each one from there.

    Hi Phil,

    Yes I have. The websites is already translated in four languages, but none of them are available in the Age Gate plugin.

    Hi @marieeveb,

    That’s really odd. What version of Age Gate is installed? I assume 2.1.0?

    Also, what happens if you change the language at the top of admin, still just the default?

    Hi Phil,

    Yes, it is the 2.1.0 version that is installed and when I change the language at the top, it doesn’t change the plugin; default is always displayed.

    Would you like to have the access to the WordPress admin of my website? Is there an email I could use to send you the credentials?
