Can’t translate this plugin

I want to use your plugin, but with Czech locale.
When I tried to translate it at https://translate.ww.wp.xz.cn/locale/cs/default/wp-plugins/subscribe-to-category

It says

So I am contacting you, if you could enable it to us to translate it.
