Can’t uncheck selection

I’m using ACF pro with WPML and this plugin. The field selector is checkbox, when I’m checking in the selection it saves it but if I want to un-check the selection and save – it doesn’t, it keeps the checkboxes checked. All the other ACF fields are being saved correctly.
