Can't unfollow posts

Whenever I click the checkbox next to someone’s name under notifications and save the post, from then on out, I can’t de-select their name. Well, I can, but when I save the post, it reverts to having that user re-selected. As a result, I get notifications for posts that I no longer want to follow.
Anyone else have this problem?
