Can't Update, Could not create directory.: wp-admin/css/colors

    Hi:
    Every time I try to update, even with all plug-ins deactivated, I keep getting this error message – Could not create directory.: wp-admin/css/colors

    Since I don’t know anything about WP, I have know idea how to fix this.

    Can anyone help?

    I would try deleting the JUST the wp-admin folder from your FTP and re-uploading from a download of WordPress.

    Hey thanks! I just noticed this now.

    The permissions seem to be set wrong. I can only delete a couple of files, not the whole folder. What a mess!

    I have NO IDEA WHAT I DID! But it works now! I hope there won’t be any confusion. Because I couldn’t delete the folder. I renamed it some bullshit name, created a new wp-admin folder and uploaded all the new files.
