Can’t Update Layout Settings

    Hello,

    When editing a Saved Layout, I’m unable to edit most of the settings. For example, after clicking Layout Items in the right sidebar, the pop-up is cut off and I’m unable to click between settings (Tiles, Masonry, etc.).

    Any ideas?

    Thank you for reaching out! The issue you described – pop-ups being cut off and unclickable between settings – usually results from a CSS conflict with your theme or another plugin.

    To troubleshoot, please follow these steps:

    Switch to a default WordPress theme like Twenty Twenty-Five or Twenty Twenty-Four:

    • Go to Appearance → Themes
    • Activate a default WordPress theme
    • Check if the issue persists

    Disable all plugins except Visual Portfolio:

    • Go to Plugins → Installed Plugins
    • Deactivate all plugins except Visual Portfolio
    • Test the layout settings again

    If the issue is resolved:

    • Reactivate plugins one by one, testing after each
    • When the issue reappears, the last activated plugin likely causes the conflict

    Please let us know which plugin or theme causes the conflict so we can investigate further.
