You buy the Pro version via Codecanyon, but write it in ww.wp.xz.cn forum, why not directly to Codecanyon or by email, since we have received no email.

To update my situation I have found no way yet of contacting the support.
I’m really enjoying the plugin, but the support is really bad. I’ve explained my situation here and through mail. Still, no reply.
And today the plugin is not working…
I have no Codecanyon account and can’t get support anywhere…
EDIT : To be clear, we paid 400$ for the plugin, this offer does not exist on Codecanyon.

Ok, so I’ve found a workaround because support doesn’t want to reply + as technical difficulties.
I launch the update in another tab, so that I could see the download link. Then I directly download the updated plugin and replaced it myself.
Netherveless, I really disliked the fact that they stopped responding to me and asked me to express myself on a support where I don’t have any account.
Great plugin but the support is bad. No question, no interest and not even a good understanding of my situation.
Edit : Oh, and it’s not the pro version we bought, my bad, it was the ENTERPRISE one. Still, I feel like not replying is not a good practice.
